The Alameda County Fair — dubbed the “Fastest Growing Fair in America” — June 20 – July 8), with fun family entertainment, fireworks, daily horse races, Mutton Bustin’, concerts, food, competitive exhibits, livestock awards, and more. This year the fair celebrates a 100 year anniversary.
The fair offers several ways to save, and offers free concerts.
For reference, Regular general admission is adults $10, seniors $8, children 6-12 $6; under 6 free.

- $1 Day – $1 admission and $1 rides, June 20.
- $2 Tuesdays – Admission is just $2, June 26, July 3.
- Seniors FREE Thursdays – June 21, June 28 & July 5. 62 and up Free Admission.
- Kids FREE Fridays – (fireworks show 9:30pm each Friday) June 22, June 29 & July 6. Kids 12 and under FREE admission.
- Stuff The Bus Foster Kids Clothing Drive – June 22. Bring a new clothing item and receive $5 Fair Admission.
- Feed The Need Food Drive and $1 Rides – June 27. Bring 4 non-perishable food items and get FREE admission. All carnival rides are $1.
- Military Appreciation Day – June 22. Free Admission for you and a guest with your valid military I.D. Veterans free with proof of service.
