It’s that time of year again, so here are just a few of the San Francisco Bay Area Easter Egg hunts and Bunny opportunities for Easter. There are others around the Bay, but these are all free or cheap, so hop to it.

SF Bay Area Easter Egg Hunts
San Francisco – Spring Eggstravaganza
WHAT: Carnival rides, egg hunts, inflatables, and arts and crafts. $8 per person.
WHERE: Sharon Meadow in Golden Gate Park, 198 John F Kennedy Dr, San Francisco, CA.
Alameda — Splash Into Spring Egg Scramble
WHAT: Free for kids ages 1 to 12. The Egg Scramble will have different age areas. Easter Bunny photo-ops, and food for sale.
WHERE: Crab Cove Picnic Area, 1252 McKay Ave, Alameda, CA.
Berkeley – Spring Egg Hunt Extravaganza
WHAT: Petting zoo, a visit with the Spring Bunny, spring-themed arts and crafts, an interactive kid’s carnival with fun prizes, Bunny Hop Dance Lessons & egg hunts. Cost: $5.
WHERE: Willard Park, 2720 Hillegass Ave, Berkeley, CA.
Berkeley – Eggster Egg Hunt & Learning Festival
WHAT: FREE, handicap accessible, and designed for children ages 12 and under. The theme this year is “Eggscavating Empires” and features 40+ craft and activity booths plus performances and egg hunts throughout the day.

Hayward – Bonnet Parade and Easter Egg Hunt
WHAT: Easter Bonnet Parade and egg hunt. Free.

Oakland – The Great Egg Hunt
WHAT: Egg hunt, hot dogs, Dancing Bunnies, Prescott Clowns, petting zoo, crafts, egg dying, face painting, visit from the Easter Bunny and free tours of the mansion. Fee for adults and kids 4 & up, kids 3 and under free.

Pleasant Hill — EggCiting Egg Hunt
WHAT: Giant egg hunt by age group and free entertainment and music by Strawberry Fields. Pre-registration required.

Belmont – Egg Adventure Hunt

Palo Alto — Gamble Gardens Puppet Show and Egg Hunt
WHAT: Arts and crafts on the Carriage House Patio, puppet show, and Easter egg hunt in the garden. Buy tickets on the event website. Ages: 2-6.

San Mateo – Eggstravaganza
WHAT: Pancake breakfast, egg hunts throughout the day, community parade, live entertainment. Free egg hunts and activities, but pancake breakfast is extra.

South San Francisco – Easter Egg Hunt
WHAT: Easter Egg Hunt for children 8 years of old and younger. Hidden prizes, meet the Easter Bunny. Free.

Fairfax – Easter Egg Hunt
WHAT: Children’s Easter egg hunt and family activities.

Mill Valley — Spring Eggstravaganza
WHAT: Bunny Breakfast with a chance to meet the Easter Bunny. Egg hunt is free.
WHERE: Mill Valley Community Center, Mill Valley, CA.
Novato – 2015 Spring Celebration
WHAT: Egg hunt coloring contest, photo ops with Easter Bunny. Free.
WHERE: City Hall, Grant and Sherman Avenues, Downtown Novato, CA.
San Anselmo — Children’s Spring Egg Hunt + Flashlight Hunt
WHAT: Free Flashlight Egg Hunt on Friday for kids ages 8 and up. Kids use their flashlights to find the treats tucked away in the grass. Bring your running shoes, a basket, and of course, your flashlight and get ready to run the length of Memorial Park. The Children’s Egg Hunt, for kids ages 7 and younger on Saturday. Kids will hunt by age group for candy, eggs, and the coveted golden eggs, which are redeemable for a big prize. Easter Bunny opps. Summer Camp Fair also on Saturday.

Petaluma – Children’s Easter Fair
WHAT: Children’s crafts, games, face-painting, balloon animals, a strolling Easter Bunny.

San Rafael — Egg Hunt and Breakfast with Bunny
WHAT: Easter Egg Hunt put on by the Las Gallinas Lions Club. Immediately after the egg hunt, join us at the Marinwood Community Center for a hearty breakfast. The Lions Club Egg Hunt is free to attend.

Sausalito — Spring Easter Egg Hunt
WHAT: Free egg hunt, live music by Tim Cain, Easter Bonnet Contest.

Campbell — Eggstravaganza + Bunnies & Bonnets Parade
WHAT: Egg hunt, face painting, nail painting, crazy hair painting, baton dance demonstrations, photo ops with the Easter Bunny. Bunnies & Bonnets Parade featuring marching bands, baton dancers, classic cars, and more. Sidewalk chalk art contest after the egg hunt for kids ages 5-12.
