San Francisco - Spring Eggstravaganza
WHAT: Egg hunts, carnival rides, giant inflatables, arts & crafts, entertainment, rib cook-off, food for sale. $8 per person.

Berkeley – Spring Egg Hunt Extravaganza
WHAT: Family activities and prizes, petting zoo, Bunny visit, kids carnival, arts & crafts, egg hunts for 2-9 year olds, and a scavenger hunt for 10-12 year olds. Cost: $5.

Berkeley – Eggster Egg Hunt & Learning Festival
WHAT: Eggster Egghunt and Learning Festival (Free), the largest free egghunt in Northern California, is run by a non-profit student organization to benefit the local children’s organizations Habitot and George Miller Center. No food will be available (other than the candy in the eggs), so bring a snack or picnic lunch. All activities and egg hunts are free.

Hayward – Bonnet Parade and Easter Egg Hunt
WHAT: Egg Hunt for children ages of 3 and 9 years old. Easter Bonnet Parade led by the Easter Bunny for children ages 6 years old and under who wear homemade bonnets. Prizes for prettiest, most unusual, and most colorful bonnets. Free.

Oakland – Great Easter Egg Hunt
WHAT: Meet the bunny, multiple egg hunts, petting zoo, pony rides, and other fun activities. Bring your own basket. Adults: $5, Ages 5-10: $2, Under 5 Free.
WHEN: Saturday, April 7, 2012, 12 noon – 3pm. Egg Hunts begin at 12pm for kids 3 and under; 1pm for kids 4-6, and 2pm for kids 7-12.

Belmont – Egg Hunt

WHAT: Egg hunt by age group (update: no Bunny this year). Bring your own basket to collect eggs. If it rains, the hunt will be held indoors. Free.

San Mateo – Eggstravaganza
WHAT: San Mateo’s signature springtime community event and largest egg hunt, arts and games, puppets, entertainment, community parade. Free (but if you want the Rotary pancake breakfast at 9am it’s $8 adults, $4 child.)

Mill Valley — Spring Eggstravaganza
WHAT: Dine on a special springtime breakfast, photo opp with Bunny, music, bounce house for kids. Bunny will start egg hunts at 10 am for ages 2 and under and 10:15 am for ages 3–4 and ages 5–8. Free.

Petaluma – Sunrise Rotary Easter Egg Hunt
WHAT: Easter Egg Hunt for children 12 and under, children’s activities, beverages and snacks and a visit by the Easter Bunny. Free admission/participation.

WHAT: Parade led by the Easter Bunny, old-fashioned egg hunt, crafts for the kids, live entertainment, and an Easter bonnet contest. Free.
WHEN: Saturday, April 7, 2012, 10am-12pm. Parade at 10am. Egg hunt at 10:15am. Easter bonnet contest at 11 am.

East Palo Alto – Easter Family Fun Day
WHAT: This free event features an Easter Egg Hunt, arts and crafts, rally races, entertainment by local youth organizations, food trucks, and more, co-hosted by the EPA Police Activities League (P.A.L).

WHAT: Parade features marching bands, classic cars, and of course, Bunnies and Bonnets.

Los Gatos – Bunny Fun Hunt
WHAT: Carnival Games, Food Booths, Fun Jumps, Pony Rides, Petting Zoo and Much More. Egg Hunt is free – Bring Your Basket. Free.
WHEN: Saturday, March 31, 2012, 10am – 1pm. Egg hunts, by age, start at 10:15am.
WHERE: Los Gatos High School (front lawn) Los Gatos, CA.






St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Mountain View will be holding its egg hunt on April 8 after the 9am service, but the Easter Bunny will *not* be making an appearance this year.
Malibu Grand Prix in Redwood City is holding it’s Annual Free Easter Egg Hunt on April 8th, 2012 from 11:30am-3:30pm. Bring your own Basket. There are thousands of Easter Eggs and Prizes. Free photos with the Easter Bunny, and our mascot Maliroo. Free Facepainting and Balloon Animals provided as well as hourly Raffle Drawings and a Grand Prize Drawing for a new iPad at 3:30pm. Registration for Hunts begins at 11:30am and ends at 12:30pm. There are 2 hunts-one for 5 and unders and a 2nd for 6-12 year olds. Hop on over to Malibu and have some FUN!
Please join us at the annual East Palo Alto Easter Family Fun Day on Saturday April 7, 2012 from 12-4pm at Bell Street Park. The free event will be filled with joy as the children participate in the Easter Egg Hunt, arts and crafts, rally races, entertainment by local youth organizations, food trucks, and more! Various activities for kids of all ages and their parents have previously made this an unforgettable day for the community of EPA. Thank you to the event co-host, the EPA Police Activities League (P.A.L) !!!!!!!!! Come out and learn what P.A.L is all about!
The purpose of the event is to foster community-building, educate, and provide a well-deserved day of amusement for families of various ethnicities. Several local non-profit organizations and social services will have booths whereas they can educate the people of assistance available to them, such as the American Redcross.
In 2011, the EPA Easter Family Fun Day attracted over 500 people to Bell Street Park in EPA! . The undeniable success of the 2011 event, lead us to believe there must be a 2012 follow up.

There will be live music, food, cotton candy and sno cones, youth performances, arts and crafts, great hunt prizes, raffle prizes for all ages, and pictures with the Easter Bunny. Come be apart of the First Annual 1-800-JC Project Easter Egg Hunt. It will take place at Bell Street Park in East Palo Alto on University (next to the YMCA). The festivities are from Noon till 4pm.
