
The 24th annual Bay Area KidFest, in Downtown Concord, is a three day festival that takes place over Memorial Day Weekend (May 25 – 27, 2013). The ticket price is $6, but you can save a buck if you bring a can of food for the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano.
All of the entertainment and activities are included in the price of admission. Kids’ activities include a ferris wheel, pony rides, EuroBungy trampoline, Cap’n Hook Fun House, petting zoo, giant slide, face painting, a new Tween Zone, meet SpongeBob Squarepants, and more.
WHAT: Bay Area KidFest 2013 – admission $5 w/can of food donation (Reg. $6). Babies under 24 months and Seniors 65+ are FREE. All Entertainment & shows, most activities FREE with admission.
WHEN: Memorial Day Weekend, May 25, 26, and 27, 2013, 10am – 6pm daily. (No admission after 5pm.) See the full schedule of activities at the bottom of this page.
WHERE: Mt. Diablo High School in Downtown Concord, CA — 2450 Grant St. just 4 blocks from Todos Santos Plaza or the Highway 242 exit at Grant St./Solano Way.
SAVVY TIP:
KidFest Parking on the Mt. Diablo High School lots is $5 per day. Handicap parking is available directly in front of entrance gate. Parking lots open at 9:30am. Enter on Grant Street near Bacon Street.
