Good question, Nicole. So, I asked my contact at ScoreBig and here’s what he says:

“The tickets will either be mailed to the customer, made available at will call, or e-mailed. It all depends on the source of the tickets, and the number of days before the event. If a ticket delivery option does not work for the customer, then I suggest they call our customer service at 1-877-SCOREBIG. We can have the tickets mailed to a different address or potentially made available at will call or via e-mail. They’re really helpful and can maneuver things around.”

If I am buying from my cell phone and don’t have access to a computer can I pick them up at will call? I had everything set up to make my bid but only saw the option for them to be sent to my house. I’m on vacation though.

The Oakland Cinco de Mayo event is an outdoor concert from noon to 1pm on Monday May 6, 2013, at Oakland City Center. Not much is posted about this event, only a calendar listing on the City Center website. As far as Cinco de Mayo events in Oakland, the one they used to have was cancelled last year, and there’s no news of it for this year.

Ryan, make sure you are using vv and not zz. The coupon code is: SAVVY40. Also, make sure your bid is at 40% below box office price. Or, if your bid is, say, 30% lower, you should still automatically get the 40% deal.
