GHOST The Musical, on Broadway: 50% Off

GHOST The Musical, New York: Discount tickets are available at 20% to 50% off, via one of two box office ticket offers listed below. Yes, even popular Broadway musicals risk a few unsold seats on any given night, so savvy New Yorkers grab those here for less. Cue the “Unchained Melody.”

The musical, now playing at LuntFontanne Theatre (2012), is adapted from the movie that starred Demi Moore, Patrick Swayze and Whoopi “Yo in danger girl” Goldberg. We’re told the stage illusions are gorgeous, groundbreaking, and not a little bit ghostly.

The movie’s Academy Award-winning screenwriter Bruce Joel Rubin created the musical, which is directed by Tony Award winner Matthew Warchus (God of Carnage). Grammy Award winners Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) and Glen Ballard wrote the original score.

“GHOST is a timeless fantasy about the power of love. The story follows Sam and Molly, a young couple whose connection takes a shocking turn after Sam’s untimely death. Trapped between two worlds as a ghost, Sam refuses to leave Molly when he learns she is in grave danger. Desperate to communicate with her, he turns to a storefront psychic, Oda Mae, who helps him protect Molly and avenge his death.”
