The Hollywood Christmas Parade is free, as always, and takes place the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Not much info has been released about the event this year.
WHAT: The 2012 Hollywood Christmas Parade is a free event.
WHEN: Sunday, November 25, 2012, from 5:30pm – 8:30pm.
WHERE: The parade starts on Hollywood Blvd at Orange. The U-shaped parade route will travel east to Vine, south on Vine to Sunset Boulevard and west on Sunset, back to Orange.
SAVVY TIP: The best places to park are at Grant Parking lots throughout Hollywood and the Hollywood/Highland shopping complex. (Check with the individual lots for parking fee info.) Go early to avoid the traffic and possible street and ramp closures. Best yet, take the Metro and get off at either the Highland or Vine stops.
