Break out the banjos and fine tune the fiddles, the Kingman Island Bluegrass and Folk Festival is getting ready to roll along the Anacostia River in North East Washington DC (April 28, 2012). All shows are free and open to the public. The annual music festival features some of the Washington DC area’s most talented folk musicians and bluegrass bands.
