Attention all pet lovers, Pet Pride Day at Golden Gate Park is the day before Halloween (October 30, 2011), all the better to prepare for the costume contest.
Animal Care and Control of San Francisco is planning loads of animalistic activities. A parade of pets presented by the San Francisco Mounted Police Unit kicks off the fun at noon, followed by a falcon air bird demo, and other activities like a pet trick contest, pet halloween costume contest, and a super dooper pooper scooper kiddie goodie scramble.
WHAT: Pet Pride Day 2011 is FREE.
