Grab your Easter Bonnet or bunny ears, it’s almost time for San Francisco’s 22nd annual Spring Celebration and Easter Parade (March 31, 2013). The events features an Easter Bonnet Contest (“creativity encouraged”), and some of Union Street’s best restaurants serving seasonal fare in an outdoor bistro setting. Billed as the “Biggest Little Parade in San Francisco,” the Easter parade has grown to include an array of funny floats, garden areas, and creative displays of fashion and artsy cars.
Plan to bring the kids for a day of fun activities, costumed characters, a petting zoo, a pony ride and entertainment from Bay Area musicians, rain or shine.
WHAT: San Francisco Spring Celebration and Easter Parade, both FREE.
WHEN: Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013, 10am – 5pm. Parade at 2pm.
