The 9th annual San Francisco Ocean Film Festival at PIER 39 features a variety of inspirational films about the ocean, from the physics of surfing to the secrets of sea life. The film festival is presented by Aquarium of the Bay and The Bay Institute and NOAA’s National Marine Sanctuaries. Festival passes include admission to Aquarium by the Bay. The organizers have also negotiated big discounts on parking.
