The San Ramon Art & Wind Festival is a free Bay Area event that takes place on May 29 – 30 2011 (Memorial Day) in San Ramon Central Park. The festival features professional kite flying demos on both Sunday and Monday, and a hot air balloon launch on Monday at dawn. Remember, Monday May 30, 2011 is Memorial Day.
