The 32st Annual Clam Chowder Cook Off & Festival takes place at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (Saturday, February 23, 2013). Admission is FREE, and clam chowder tasting kits cost an affordable $8, which includes a containing bowl, spoon, five taste tickets, and a People’s Choice Ballot.
