Barb — I forwarded your message to the folks at ScoreBig and they said they will make sure you get a credit for your trouble, even though you were able to get those other seats. They also said the problem should never have happened since ScoreBig’s Wizards tickets are supposed to come directly from the team. The customer service dept. is looking into it now.

Hi. Based on your column I bought tickets for a wizards game through score big. Big mistake! My tickets wouldn’t scan at Verizon center because someone else had the same seats. The wizards kindly gave us other seats, but what if the event were sold out or an organizer not as forgiving? Plus, although I placed the order on Monday, the tix didn’t arrive until 6 hours before the event, when a printer was not within easy reach. Be warned!
